We can send prescriptions directly to your pharmacy when appropriate.

  • Recommendations to the best specialists in your area. Not all doctors or hospitals are created equal. Who do doctors send their family members to when they need to be treated? We know those providers who possess the knowledge, skill and bedside manner to best care for you in your time of need.

  • Information and education. If you have a basic or complex medical question where do you turn? The internet or someone who knows someone? Can you trust your source? We can answer all of your medical questions from what is the appropriate dose of a medication to give my child to what are the most recent recommendations in the treatment of hypertension or high cholesterol. You will have access to the resources physicians access when they have questions.

  • Wellness, fitness and weight loss. Who doesn’t want to be healthier, feel better and look better? Who hasn’t questioned what vaccinations do I need, what blood work do I need, or when should I be screened for cancer? In our never ending quest for better health and fitness you can be bombarded and overwhelmed by options, advertisements and fads. We can advise, educate and personalize how to effectively and safely lose weight and get in shape. We also can make sure you get the appropriate wellness and medical screening you need using evidence based guidelines.

  • A commitment to follow-up. How often does your primary care doctor or urgent care physician call you to see if that sore throat or cough has improved? We commit to following-up with every patient who calls with an acute medical problem within 3 days. That gives us the opportunity to answer any additional questions or amend our treatment plan.

  • Complete access to your own Electronic Health Record. You will have your own patient portal login where you can update your medical records with your own personal medical history. This can include your past medical problems, surgical history, family history, medications and allergies. It is also through this patient portal that you can communicate with your medical providers via email and receive detailed personalized health information, discharge instructions and education.

  • Diagnostic and preventive testing. All too often diagnostic & preventative testing is ordered inappropriately. This can lead to over-diagnosis, more testing, higher costs and worse yet, potentially risky treatments. We want to do the right thing for our patients based on their individual needs and what the evidence says. That is why only if we feel it is appropriate, we may order lab tests, x-rays or other imaging modalities.*

  • The future of United Concierge Medicine. We strive to provide the very best health care possible for our patients. Sometimes a hands on physical exam or procedure is the only way to provide that care. In the future, through technology and strategic partnerships we will provide home visits for when more complex care is needed.

We would be honored to be able to participate in caring for you, your family or your business/organization. For more information or to sign-up please click here or call 844-4-VIP-DOC (844-484-7362).

*In accordance with New York State law some diagnostic and treatment services may have a small patient care fee.

Recently I found myself in an emergency situation. I was on my way to the hospital and called United Concierge Medicine. The provider called me right back and agreed that I needed to go to the ER. He called ahead so they knew that I was coming. They got me right in and started what needed to be done immediately. The PA Keith even contacted me the next day to make sure I was feeling better.”
