What We Do

Healthcare Change

Be part of healthcare change.

For over 50 years acute care has been driven by emergency rooms within the 4 walls of buildings like hospitals and urgent cares. UCM's Virtual ER is changing how emergency medicine is delivered.

Help people in their greatest time of need.

UCM's unique approach to emergency medicine accepts all patients no matter what acute medical problem they are facing. We then treat or triage them to ensure they always get the right care, at the right place, at the right time.

Be challenged as an individual while being part of a unique team.

UCM's Virtual ER leverages the power of teamwork. Emergency Medicine is a team sport and when individuals are challenged to do amazing work within a team environment, great things are accomplished.

Use and build innovative technology.

Backed by a data driven approach, UCM leverages technology and data analytics to deliver a model of care that builds longterm sustainable healthcare change.

“United Concierge Medicine’s Virtual ER is not only changing healthcare but has a demonstrated visionary understanding of what can and will work.”

- Ester Horowitz ,VP of Strategic Partnerships

“At UCM I know we are making it so much more convenient as in less time consuming and cost effective for the patient.  I love my job because I know what it is like to be a mom and trying to care for myself or my family.”

- Jen Squires, Office Manager

“I love the follow through. In the ER we essentially "treat them and street them" rarely finding out how a patient makes out. Now I can follow my patients from start to finish.”

- Danielle Wright, Physician Assistant

“UCM has not only allowed me to work from home, but I have also been able to practice the best, most rewarding emergency medicine of my career.”

- Michael Ungerland, Physician Assistant

"Working with United Concierge Medicine has been a great experience. Initially I was slightly skeptical and worried there were some limitations without examining patients, but the use of video and photo sharing improves our capabilities greatly."

- Joe Vukovic, MD

“It's a breath of fresh air to know you are making a positive impact in an organization and individuals' lives.”

- Laura Balogh, VP of Benefits and Partners

“Being involved within a lot of aspects of the company I get to experience first hand the impact the company has on clients and on our own employees. It's great to work for a company where upper management really supports the mission they are driving for and instills support and inspiration in their employees to do the same.”
