UCM is fixing acute care and creating a brand for its clients that stands for quality, compassionate and personal acute care. For over 100 years acute care has not been disrupted, until now. ER’s, urgent cares and random telemedicine care are all slightly cheaper versions of the same broken solution. Emergency medicine expertise that provides comprehensive and personal healthcare truly changes the front door of our healthcare system. We treat simple to complex medical problems and do so with a provider run and owned care team not random network outsourced services and by creating personal relationships with patients. We are able to order labs/x-rays, make referrals to the right specialists and our care team follows up with patient on every case. With 99% patient satisfaction, 99% business renewal, 40% utilization and a 5 to 1 ROI, our clients are building a foundation of healthcare change. Workers' Compensation and Mental Health coverage are also available to round out a full suite of concierge services. Our business to business solutions allow any organization to leverage our providers, technology and expertise to provide virtual concierge care under their brand.
Our organization is one of just a handful of organizations in the entire country that is accredited by the American Telemedicine Association for our quality, transparency and security. We provide a group of dedicated concierge providers that become experts in delivering our clients concierge solutions and use the latest technology to optimize efficiency.
Each of you should use whatever gifts you have received to serve others, as faithful stewards of God’s grace in its various forms.”-1 Peter 4:10
